Cyber Liability - Can you really afford to be without it?
Too many businesses believe their General Liability insurance policy will cover them for Cyber Risks. General Liability, Property, and Professional Liability policies do not address many critical information security exposures, statutory notification and credit monitoring costs, regulatory fines and penalties and class action lawsuits associated with privacy breaches. In fact, many forms now affirmatively exclude “cyber risk.” Marshall & Sterling Insurance can protect your business from a wide range of Cyber Risks.
