Application Service Providers - General Business Applications	Engaged in delivering and managing applications relating to payroll, human resources, customer relationship management (CRM), accounting, sales management tools and similar functions using pre-packaged or proprietary software, which is accessed and utilized by customers via the Internet.
Application Service Providers Industry Verticals	Engaged in delivering and managing applications specific to an industry on a vertical basis. Applications may be pre-packaged or proprietary software and are accessed and utilized by their customers via the Internet.
Technology Service Providers	Provide outsource technology services through on-line and network connections. May include back up, storage, help desk support, webcasting, and streaming video. Risks developing the content that is broadcast are not eligible with Hartford - other companies are available.
Internet Search & Indexing Tool Providers	Engaged in providing tools through computer networks to enable users to locate or identify electronically stored information complied or published by others. Includes search engines and meta-search engines.
Computer & System Services
Computer Systems Integration Services	Engaged in developing or modifying software and packaging or bundling software with hardware to create and market an integrated system for specific applications. Provides a combination of development or modification of software, marketing of purchased hardware and involvement in all phases from design through installation. Includes Value Added Resellers.
Computer Facilities Management	Engaged in providing on-site management and operation of clients' computer systems. Computer support and systems administration services are included. Services are provided on a long-term contract or fee basis. Temporary staffing agencies are not eligible. Server farms are not eligible.
Computer Installation, Repair & Maintenance Services - Commercial	Engage in installation, service or repair, on the customers' premises, of commercial computers, computer systems, networks and computer- related equipment not sold by the insured.
Computer Service or Repair	Engaged in installation, service or repair, on or off the insured's premises, of individual or residential personal computers and computer related equipment not sold by the insured. Also includes installation, service or repair of commercially owned computers and/or computer-related equipment on the insured's premises only
Custom Programming, Applications & Consulting Services
Custom Computer Programming & Applications Services	Engaged in writing, modifying, testing and/or supporting software to meet the needs of individual customers. Work is performed on an independent contract basis and may include custom programming, analysis, design, software support/training, software configuration and software installation. Custom software development of -commerce applications is not eligible with The Hartford - other companies are available..
Custom Computer Programming & Applications Services - Remote Offices	Risks with 50% or more of their staff working remote and which provide the following services: writing, modifying, testing and/or supporting software to meet the needs of individual customers Work is performed on an independent contract basis and may include custom programming, analysis, design, software support/training, software configuration and software installation. Custom software development of e-commerce applications is not eligible with The Hartford - other companies are available.
Computer Consultants	Provide advice to the customers on the type, size, model of hardware and software required performing the customer's job. Their product is advice. No other services, including programming, repair, and maintenance or leasing of computers, are performed.
Computer Consultants - Remote Offices	Risks with 50% or more of their staff working remote and which provide the following services: advice to customers on the type, size, model of hardware and software required to perform the customers job. Their product is advice. No other services, including programming, are performed.
Web Site & Internet Design Services
Web Site Design & Development Services	Provide consultation and programming services to design a web site and develop the software required to run the web site. Hosting and web site management services provided to their own customers is contemplated. Development of e-commerce applications is not eligible - use the Software & Internet Design Services class for risks with the exposure.
Web Site Design & Development Services - Remote Offices	Risks with 50% or more of their staff working remote and which provide the following services: consultation and programming services to design a web site and develop the software required to run the web site. Pre-packaged Software Development
Software Development - Prepackaged	Development and production of prepackaged software. Mass produced software and limited production software for specialized market niches (such as accounting firms) are included. Custom software development or custom programming should be classified under Software & Internet Design Services or Custom Computer Programming & Applications Services is appropriate.
Market Research Classes
Market Research Firms	Risks primarily engaged in the collecting of information to determine trends in the marketplace. This includes data mining. Data collection can be by phone, mail, in-person surveys or electronically. Miscellaneous E&O Coverage is excluded.
Market Research Consultants	Risks primarily engaged in the collecting of information to determine trends in the marketplace. This includes data mining. Data collection can be by the phone, mail, in-persons surveys or electronically. Miscellaneous E&O Coverage is included.

Electronic Computers Manufacturing	Risks engaged in the manufacture of electronic computers such as mini-computers or CPU's (Central Processing Units)
Computer Storage Devices Manufacturing	Risks primarily engaged in the manufacture of items such as hard drives, back up devices and other media storage devices.
Computer Terminals Manufacturing	Risks primarily engaged in the manufacture of monitors, keyboards and workstations.
Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing	Risks engaged in the manufacture of equipment used with computers such as scanners, printers, platters and graphic displays.
Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing	Risks engaged in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. A circuit board has interconnected circuits and components such as microchips that are mounted or etched on the board.
Electronic Components Manufacturing	These risks produce a wide variety of electrical components that are not otherwise classified and are devices of various physical sizes, current flow, and impedance rating and voltage ratings. The components have a very wide application in electrical circuits.
Electronics & Related Equipment Manufacturing
Calculating & Accounting Equipment Manufacturing	The classification includes the manufacturing of all types of calculating and accounting equipment including adding machines, hand held and electrical calculators.
Office Machines Manufacturing	Manufacture office machines such as copiers; fax machines, adding machines and typewriters.
Audio, Video & Photographic Equipment Manufacturing	Manufacture audio and video equipment such as TVs, radios, CD players, video recorders, VCRs, speakers, photographic equipment etc. These are household not industrial or commercial equipment.

Computer Data Processing	Engaged in providing complete processing and preparation of reports from data supplied by customers. This classification applies only to activities conducted at the insured's premises.
Hosting Services Resellers	Engaged in the purchasing of blocks of space on 3rd party hosting entity servers, which they resell to customers. Hosting entities, Internet Service Providers and Internet Access Providers are not eligible with The Hartford - other companies are available.
